www.vahro.in (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Odelus Private Limited. The Site is an online platform that enables customers (“you” or “End User”) to browse, select, and purchase high-quality garments designed, developed, and sold under the brand name “Vahro.”

Our offerings include (but are not limited to) shirts, pants, t-shirts, polos, jackets, blazers, and other menswear essentials. From time to time, we may also offer complimentary consultations to help you choose products best suited to your needs, as well as exclusive early access to new collections for select customers.

All services provided via the Site are subject to availability and the discretion of the Company. While we strive to ensure accurate product representation, variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to differences in screen settings or natural characteristics of fabric.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that the services and products offered are subject to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Site.

Your Account

To access certain features of the Site and to place orders, you are required to create an account on www.vahro.in. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information, including but not limited to your full name, contact number, shipping address, and email address.

Pricing Information

All product prices on www.vahro.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

While we make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate and up to date, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error on any product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order or contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

Prices listed are uniform across the country and do not vary based on location. Discounts, offers, and promotional codes (if applicable) are subject to terms and cannot be clubbed unless explicitly mentioned. We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and availability without prior notice.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Common reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to:

Unavailability of the product

Errors in pricing or product information

Payment issues or failed verification

Suspicion of fraudulent activity

Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method. We may also contact you for further instructions or clarification before confirming or cancelling any order.

Cancellations by the User

Once an order is placed on www.vahro.in, it can only be cancelled within a limited window — before the item is packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please log in to your account and request cancellation through the order summary section. If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please note:

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) are also subject to the above terms.

Vahro reserves the right to deny frequent or suspicious cancellations that may indicate misuse of the platform.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Vahro reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from individuals using the site fraudulently. We may also initiate legal proceedings against such users for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to block access to the site or terminate accounts without notice in cases of suspected fraud.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you for availing of services on vahro.in will be correct and accurate. You shall not use a card that is not lawfully owned by you. The information provided will not be shared with any third party unless required by law or for facilitating payment. We are not liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use rests solely with the use.

All content, products, and services on vahro.in are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vahro disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site, products, services, or information will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Vahro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or the inability to use our services or site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vahro, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Billing

The price of our products is as listed on the website and is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Vahro reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In case of any discrepancy in billing, customers are requested to contact us at concierge@vahro.in within 72 hours of the transaction.

Delivery

While we aim to deliver all products within the estimated timeframe of 2–7 working days, Vahro is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues with our logistics partners. We do not take responsibility for delays arising due to natural calamities, public holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Trademarks

All logos, trademarks, and branding elements used on vahro.in belong to Odelus Private Limited or their respective owners. Any use of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. The name "Vahro" is currently under trademark registration.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or any agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai in English, and the award rendered shall be final and binding.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
