We accept returns and exchanges for all products, provided the tags are intact and the request is made within 30 days of delivery. While we encourage you to retain original packaging for a smoother process, we will honour all eligible requests as per our policy.

Price

All returns and exchanges are free of charge for customers within India. Vahro will bear the cost of return shipping as part of our commitment to a premium ownership experience.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our end by
contacting Customer Care.

If the order has already been dispatched:

COD orders:
 You can refuse to accept the parcel to cancel it.


Prepaid/Bank payments: Please collect the parcel and follow the return/exchange process mentioned above.

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please inform us immediately. Follow the same return/exchange process mentioned
above, and our Customer Care team will assist you with a suitable resolution.
