What is the process for returning or exchanging a Vahro product?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery with tags intact and in the product’s original condition. Every request is handled personally and with fairness, because we want you to feel as good about our service as you do in our clothes.

All returns and exchanges within India are completely free of charge. Vahro covers the logistics as part of your premium experience, ensuring the process feels smooth, simple, and well taken care of.
What happens when my order does not get delivered on time?
If your order is delayed, please don’t worry. You can contact our Customer Care team at connect@vahro.in or 022-50164000, and we’ll provide an update on your shipment. If needed, we will assist you with rescheduling, tracking, or initiating a return/exchange once your order arrives.
Items are missing from my order, what should I do?
If any item is missing from your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Share our ORDER ID and a photo of the package received, and our team will resolve the issue at the earliest.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery timelines are designed for efficiency without ever compromising care:
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 1–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide with body measurements and fit notes to help you make the right choice. If you’re unsure, our team connect@vahro.in can assist you personally with guidance on fabric stretch, silhouette, and fit , so you get a piece that feels tailored to you
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at connect@vahro.in or 022-50164000. We will try to update the address before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the standard return/exchange process once the parcel is delivered.

Do you offer alterations or customization?
Currently, we do not offer on demand alterations or customization. However, we have sizes for everyone, please refer to our size guide before placing an order. If an item doesn’t fit as expected, you can follow our return/exchange process for a replacement or refund.
